Twenty est un CRM (gestion de la relation client) open source, publié sous licence AGPL-3.0 et développé en France.
Il permet de gérer contacts, organisations, opportunités et pipelines commerciaux, avec un modèle de données entièrement personnalisable : création d'objets et de champs sur mesure sans développement, vues en tableau ou en kanban, filtres et vues enregistrées partagées entre équipes.
Twenty s'installe en auto-hébergement et expose une API GraphQL et REST ainsi qu'un serveur MCP, ce qui permet de l'intégrer au système d'information existant.
